Our New Healthy Running Series

Looking to beat your personal record? Or how about running long distances while preventing injuries? There’s always something new to learn even when we’re talking about sports and hobbies. In the case of running, learning new techniques and practices is great for both safety and performance. Our new Healthy Running Series is geared towards runners who are looking to improve your performance and safety.

Each event during the series will feature professionals who work directly with running performance and injuries. Our speakers include:
