Inspire180® is an individualized, medical fitness program with team support from a licensed physical therapist, certified wellness coach and personal trainers.
Following a comprehensive evaluation, a personalized program is developed with the client.
- Training sessions twice per week
- Wellness coaching once per week
- Daily fitness, diet and habit accountability
After the first month, frequency and intensity of sessions will be tailored to your needs and personal goals. Clients receive a home equipment kit and training materials with their 12-week program to support lifelong change. We focus on solutions that are simple, effective, life-changing and developed with our client’s unique goals and needs in mind.
