With classes available in the pool or on land, you can keep your fitness momentum going in a group setting. (MySTEPs Gym membership not required to attend Group Classes)

Muskegon Location Group Classes
Pricing:
1 class per week – $25/month (includes Hope Floats and Pilates/Yoga Fusion)
2 classes per week – $55/month (includes Gentle Joint Fit and Gentle Joint Move)
Grand Haven Location Group Classes
Pricing:
Pay per class – $25 per month (must commit to a specific day of the week) or $50/mo for both classes (includes RunSTRONG)
Gentle Joint Aquasize – $25 per month per day (must commit to a specific day of the week)
Punch Cards: $90 for 10 classes Drop In: $10 per class
Monthly Unlimited Classes: $170
Aquatic Classes
Gentle Joint Move
This is a gentle paced class that addresses the whole body and focuses on achieving full range of motion with minimal impact through the joints. This class includes pain-free stretching, balance training and strengthening in the warm pool environment. This is a therapist led class designed for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint stiffness, balance deficits, and mobility restrictions. Class is limited to 10 participants.
Gentle Joint Fit
This is a moderately paced class that addresses the whole body with minimal impact through the joints. This class includes stretching, strength building, core stabilization, cardiovascular training, and high level balance training in the warm pool environment. This is a therapist led class designed for those who would like to get in better shape but struggle to do so on land due to joint pain. Class is limited to 10 participants.
Hope Floats
This program focuses on the unique physical needs of the cancer survivor, combating fatigue – fighting strategies and fun!
Aquatic Classes
Gentle Joint Aquasize
This is a therapist led class designed to help those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint stiffness, or for those who want a gentle paced class.
LAND BASED CLASSES
RunSTRONGER
A class geared specifically for runners that focuses on improving muscular endurance, running form, core and glute stability, and performance enhancement. This class will take runners through specific exercises that target underutilized muscles necessary for peak running performance and injury prevention. With this class, you have the option to sign up for 1 or 2 days a week.
