Muskegon Location Group Classes
1 class per week – $25/month (includes Hope Floats and RunSTRONG)

Parkinson’s Aqua Group – $6 per class – Buy 9 classes and the 10th class is FREE
Grand Haven Location Group Classes
1 class per week – $25 per month (includes Barre, Beginner Yoga, HIIT Fit, Mat Pilates, Yogalates)
Pay per class – $25 per month (must commit to a specific day of the week) or $50/mo for both classes (includes RunSTRONG and Aquafit)
Gentle Joint Aquasize – $25 per month per day (must commit to a specific day of the week)

A pool class, open to people with Parkinson’s Disease or for those who are neurologically impaired.
Gentle Joint Move
This is a gentle paced class that addresses the whole body and focuses on achieving full range of motion with minimal impact through the joints. This class includes pain-free stretching, balance training and strengthening in the warm pool environment. This is a therapist led class designed for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint stiffness, balance deficits, and mobility restrictions. Class is limited to 10 participants.
Gentle Joint Fit
This is a moderately paced class that addresses the whole body with minimal impact through the joints. This class includes stretching, strength building, core stabilization, cardiovascular training, and high level balance training in the warm pool environment. This is a therapist led class designed for those who would like to get in better shape but struggle to do so on land due to joint pain. Class is limited to 10 participants.
This program focuses on the unique physical needs of the cancer survivor, combating fatigue – fighting strategies and fun!
Water aerobics focusing on the abdominals, lower back, and buttocks. Increases strength, coordination, and flexibility. With this class, you have the option to sign up for 1 or 2 days a week. *Must pre-register and pay prior to the month.
Gentle Joint Aquacise
This is a therapist led class designed to help those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint stiffness, or for those who want a gentle paced class.
LAND BASED CLASSES
Combining Pilates, ballet, yoga, and dance to ultimately sculpt and stretch your entire body.
For those who are newer to yoga, wanting a basic flow class. This class focuses on the foundation and fundamentals of yoga. We will move with your breath while improving strength, balance, and overall well-being. Each class will include a guided meditation to really capture your mind/body connection.
High-intensity interval training, giving all your effort in bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This class improves cardiovascular fitness and builds muscular strength and endurance. Burns stubborn fat!
Class includes comprehensive core and traditional Pilates concepts: strength, flexibility, and training strategies.
A class geared specifically for runners that focuses on improving muscular endurance, running form, core and glute stability, and performance enhancement. This class will take runners through specific exercises that target underutilized muscles necessary for peak running performance and injury prevention. With this class, you have the option to sign up for 1 or 2 days a week.
A blend of yoga and Pilates exercises. Any way you spell it, it benefits your body and soul.
